How To Make Chocolate-Covered Strawberries

8 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vegetable shortening (butter and white)

How to Make it??

1. Melt chocolate and shortening. Can be a way in-team (using the double-boiler) or put the microwave. Mix well.
2. With the help of a toothpick, dip the strawberries into melted chocolate, rocking slightly flat so that a layer of chocolate.
3. Stick onto the cork. Allow to dry. Repeat until finished.
4. If you prefer, can be decorated with white chocolate, the chocolate coating dries. How: melt a manner as above, may add a little shortening, put into plastic, a little tip scissors, decorative taste.
